When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of product, production time for your order and type of delivery we agree upon eg: local courier, road or air freight. Shipping date estimates will be provided by email or appear in the order form.

Shipping costs for orders from Concept Promotional Merchandise are quoted up front and depend upon the size of your order and method of delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are effected by weight and or speed/time.
